Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with the same attention to detail we put into our garments. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that even the most carefully selected pieces sometimes need reconsideration. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery to ensure your purchase drapes perfectly in your wardrobe.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Intimate apparel
- Final sale items marked “non-returnable” in the product description
The Drape Hut Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Complete our online return form or email [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Prepare Your Package:
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Ensure items are unworn and unwashed
- Pack securely to prevent damage in transit
- Ship Your Return:
- Use the prepaid return label we’ll email you (free for exchanges)

- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return. You’ll receive email confirmation.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or color? Our exchange process maintains the same attention to detail as our made-to-drape approach:
- Follow the same steps as returns, indicating “Exchange” on your form
- Specify your desired replacement item
- We’ll cover return shipping for exchanges
- Your new item ships within 2 business days of receiving your return
Refund Details
Refunds are processed with the same care we take in selecting our fabrics:
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Full item cost minus original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)
International refunds may take additional 2-3 days to appear in your account.
